Given the digital nature of these products, any completed and downloaded purchase will be considered final, and subsequent returns or refunds are not permitted. The purchase transfers ownership of the digital product to the buyer under the terms stipulated herein.

  • Purchase and Download Process:

  • After selecting and paying for your digital product, you will receive a link via email to download a Zip file. This will include the purchased product and a PDF card with an access code for the Canva platform, along with detailed instructions for editing your product. It is imperative that you follow these instructions to maximize the value of your purchase.

  • Intellectual Property Rights:

  • The digital products offered by Kacarea are protected by intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, a personal, non-transferable license is granted for the product, and any unauthorized redistribution, resale, or reproduction of the product is prohibited.

  • Proper Use of Canva:

  • If using Canva for product customization, it is the user's responsibility to abide by the terms and conditions established by Canva. Kacarea disclaims any liability arising from improper use of the platform.

  • Privacy and Security:
